Our Card Cleaning service is designed to improve the overall presentation of your card by carefully removing surface contaminants and reducing marks where possible.

Each card is individually inspected before work begins, allowing us to select the most appropriate cleaning approach for the card and its condition.

What can we work on?

Card Cleaning may be suitable for improving or reducing:

-Dirt and grime

-Fingerprints and handling marks

-Surface residue

-Light surface contamination

-Adhesive residue where safely removable

-General build-up from storage or handling

-Other removable surface marks

The aim is to improve the card’s cleanliness and overall presentation without carrying out structural repair work.

Cards with dents, creases, bends, deformation or other physical damage may require our Card Repair service instead.

Standard Turnaround — INCLUDED

Approximately 1 week

Our standard turnaround is included within the £18.99 Card Cleaning price.

Turnaround times begin from receipt of your card, rather than the date the order is placed.

Need your card back sooner? You can upgrade the turnaround when ordering.

⚡ Express — +£6.99

Approximately 48 hours

Your card is prioritised within our cleaning schedule, reducing the standard turnaround from approximately one week to 48 hours.

Ideal if you have an upcoming grading submission, card show, sale or simply need your card returned sooner.

How does Card Cleaning work?

Once your card arrives, we’ll inspect its condition and identify areas that may benefit from cleaning.

The card is then carefully treated using our established cleaning processes, focusing on improving its presentation while avoiding unnecessary intervention.

Once cleaning is complete, the card receives a final inspection before being prepared for return.

Cleaning or Repair?

Card Cleaning — £18.99

Choose this for cards primarily affected by dirt, residue, fingerprints and removable surface contamination.

Card Repair — £59.99

Choose this for cards with physical defects such as dents, creases, bends, deformation or other damage requiring more extensive treatment.

If a card requires more extensive work than can reasonably be achieved through Card Cleaning, we may recommend upgrading to Card Repair before additional work is undertaken.

Important Information

Card Cleaning is a best-endeavours service. Some marks and contaminants may be significantly reduced or removed, while others may be permanent or unsafe to treat.

We cannot guarantee a specific cosmetic improvement, increase in value or grading outcome.

Express service changes the priority and turnaround time only. It does not change the cleaning treatment your card receives or guarantee a different result.

Planning to grade your card? Add a Grading Assessment & Prep and we’ll assess the card’s overall condition, including its surface, edges, corners and centering, before preparing it for grading.

These extras can be selected alongside your Card Cleaning service when placing your order.
