We understand that sending your valuable collectibles can feel stressful — that's why we've created a safe, secure and convenient process from start to finish, with multiple ways to get your cards to Funky HQ.

📦 Secure Postal Delivery

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive our secure PO Box address to send your cards to. Your cards are collected and safely transferred to Funky HQ weekly, where the real magic happens.

🏬 Approved Drop-Off Location – Full Fire TCG

Prefer not to send your valuable cards through the postal system? You can now drop them off at our approved partner, Full Fire TCG, Gloucester Docks.

Your cards will be securely stored in a safe until collection by Funky Tiger Cards. Collections and returns take place once per month, with the frequency potentially increasing in the future.

Simply select Full Fire TCG Drop-Off at checkout and follow the instructions provided. All restoration enquiries and order updates must be directed to Funky Tiger Cards, not the store.

🎪 Card Show Drop-Off

Visiting us at an upcoming trading card show? You can arrange to drop your cards off directly with our team, avoiding the need for postal delivery.

Simply select Card Show Drop-Off at checkout and follow the instructions provided. All drop-offs are subject to our Card Show Drop-Off Terms & Conditions, including completion of the required acceptance process.

What Happens Next?

Once your cards arrive at Funky HQ, we'll assess each submission against your chosen service. If everything looks good, we'll get straight to work. If an upgrade is required, we'll contact you first — nothing proceeds without your approval.

You'll be kept informed throughout the process, from receipt at Funky HQ to completion and return.

Once your order is complete, your cards will be carefully returned using your selected delivery method, or sent directly for grading if you've chosen that service.
